Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the AIR app, website, or any affiliated services (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to register or use features that require personal account creation.
Age Restriction and Responsibility: You must be 13 years of age or older to register for an AIR account, participate in community features, or submit personal information. By registering, you affirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.AIR is not liable for any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during registration or use of the Service. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered without appropriate consent, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.
Content Standards and Channel Disclaimer: AIR curates music and content channels to be generally suitable for a wide audience. However, certain partner or third-party channels may include language, references, or material some users find inappropriate. We do not guarantee content will be entirely free from objectionable material. User discretion is advised.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIR disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability in connection with your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination and Modification: AIR may suspend or terminate access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. We may also modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware.By using the AIR app, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of use and agree to be bound by its terms.
